Fitness Club Duty Manager with Sales Commission

Nuffield Health's Barbican Fitness and Wellbeing Club is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the club and delivering excellent member service.

You will draw on sales experience to help meet targets, lead colleagues, conduct tours for prospective members, and ensure health and safety standards are maintained. A high standard of swimming is required for lifeguard coverage, with training opportunities on site.
