Fitness Club Duty Manager - Member Experience & Sales

Nuffield Health Islington Fitness and Wellbeing Club is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the club, from opening to closing. You will lead a team, drive member satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong sales ability, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to safety and environment. You may conduct tours for prospective members and support lifeguard cover where needed.
