Fitness & Wellbeing Manager - Lead Team, Classes & Revenue

Nuffield Health Croydon Central is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager on a fixed-term, part-time basis (24 hours per week). You will lead the fitness team, organise class timetables, and drive revenue through personal training and group programmes.

As a senior trainer with REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA, you'll shape fitness programming, report to the Programme Director and help raise standards across the site while supporting staff development and sales goals.
