Fitness & Wellbeing Manager - Lead Team & Grow Revenue

Nuffield Health Newbury FWC is seeking a Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to lead a team, drive performance and train others to succeed. You'll bring REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner credentials and a track record of growing personal training revenue.

In this full time role you will manage the fitness team, organise class timetables, oversee programming from studio classes to PT, and push sales and KPI targets while maintaining high site standards and customer care.
