Fit Out Supervisor (Germany)

A growing Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor for a major data centre fit-out project in Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering a large-scale, high-spec data centre project, with responsibility for coordinating fit-out activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day fit-out activities across the data centre project
• Coordinate subcontractors, specialist trades, and site teams
• Ensure works are delivered in line with project drawings, specifications, and programme
• Monitor workmanship and quality across all fit-out activities
• Coordinate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and wider project team
• Carry out regular inspections, snagging, and quality checks
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are fully adhered to on site
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project management team
• Assist with sequencing, planning, and coordination of upcoming works
• Ensure materials, finishes, and installations meet project requirements

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor, Finishing Foreman, or similar role
• Strong experience working on large-scale data centre projects
• Proven background working with a main contractor
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and specialist trades
• Data centre experience is highly desirable

Salary & Package

• €75k - €85k DOE
• €8.5k net living away allowance
