Fit Out Site Manager

Construction Resources is currently recruiting for a series of Commercial Fit Out Site Managers on behalf of a major property developing organisation. This organisation is North West based, but they require leaders to run projects across Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, delivering high-quality commercial fit outs. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Managers with strong backgrounds in fitout to oversee a dynamic project duration of 3 to 6 months.

• Managing daily site activities to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget


• Overseeing and coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedule and quality standards


• Enforcing health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel


• Monitoring progress and preparing reports for project stakeholders


• Implementing and maintaining site procedures to ensure smooth workflow and compliance


• Resolving any on-site issues promptly to prevent delays or additional costs


• Collaborating with the project team to ensure design and quality specifications are achieved

• Previous experience as a Site Manager with a proven track record in commercial fit out projects


• Strong understanding of fit out processes, materials, and health & safety requirements


• Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively


• Ability to work independently and proactively to solve on-site issues


• Valid SMSYTScard, 3 Day First Aidand relevant health and safety certification
