Fit Out Project Manager (Germany)

A growing Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager for major data centre fit-out projects, based in Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering a major high-spec data centre with responsibility for managing the successful delivery of complex fit-out packages.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of the fit-out package
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, and subcontractors
• Lead and coordinate project teams, consultants, and specialist contractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
• Coordinate fit-out works with MEP, structural, and wider construction packages
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required
• Lead progress meetings and maintain strong communication with clients and the project team
• Oversee snagging, completion, and handover
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project reporting

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in a Project Manager role
• Strong fit-out and interiors background
• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, or data centre projects
• Data centre experience is highly desirable

• €90k - €105k DOE
• €8.5k net living away allowance
