- Turbine time: 500+ hours
- Relevant type time: 500+ hours on a relevant multi pilot aeroplane type
- Type rating: Required on a relevant aeroplane type
- Ratings: IR and ME
- Licence: Current UK issued CAA ATPL(A), fATPL(A) or MPL (with hours to upgrade to an ATPL); or non UK ATPL meeting UK CAA Third Country CPL/ATPL conversion routes 1-6
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 6
- Passport: Valid with at least 12 months remaining
- Open to: EASA and UK CAA licence holders
The Part FCL definition of a "relevant aeroplane type" includes: a multi pilot turbo jet aircraft certified to CS 25 (or equivalent), or a multi pilot turbo prop aeroplane with a maximum certificated take off mass of at least 10 tonnes or certified for more than 19 passenger seats.
To be eligible for ZFTT conversion, you must have relevant aeroplane type experience within the 12 months preceding the start of a ZFTT conversion course.
