First Aid Trainer / Trainee First Aid Trainer


Location: Kidderminster Trainee Trainer £24,479 will increase once completed training
£25,276 Trainer
Monday to Friday 08.30 - 16.30 Occasional evening or weekend sessions may be required to meet customer needs.


Own vehicle required Mileage paid

About the Role


As a First Aid Trainer, you'll play a vital role in equipping individuals and organisations with potentially life-saving skills. You'll deliver engaging and interactive training courses across your local area, helping learners build confidence and knowledge in areas such as:



  • First Aid at Work

  • Fire Marshal Training

  • Mental Health Awareness

  • Health & Safety Training

  • Other workplace compliance courses


No previous training experience? No problem. If you're confident, enjoy working with people and are keen to develop a new skillset, our client will provide all the training and support you need to become a qualified trainer.


What You'll Be Doing



  • Delivering and assessing training courses to a professional and engaging standard

  • Creating a positive learning environment that encourages participation

  • Maintaining and developing your own subject knowledge and training skills

  • Preparing training venues and equipment ahead of sessions

  • Conducting dynamic risk assessments when required

  • Building strong relationships with learners and venue contacts

  • Ensuring training equipment is maintained, clean and fit for purpose


What We're Looking For



  • 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including English and Maths (or equivalent)

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Passion for helping and educating others

  • Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
