Fire Safety Manager needed in Lambeth, £272.30 per day PAYE - Reference: RQ

We are seeking a Fire Safety Manager to oversee fire safety compliance in Lambeth. The role involves ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, managing fire risk assessments, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation including the Fire Safety Act 2021, Building Safety Act 2022, and Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022.
• Manage digital safety cases using RiskFlag software.
• Procure, review, and manage fire risk assessments (FRA Type 1).
• Ensure statutory and non-statutory fire safety responsibilities are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, service providers, internal staff, external agencies, and residents.
• Assess and recommend improvements based on incoming FRAs to the Head of Compliance.
• Provide strategic and operational fire safety management across housing stock.
