About Your New Job
  • As the Fire and DAC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Irish building regulations, specifically focusing on Fire Safety and Disability Access Certificates.
  • Prepare Fire Safety Certificates - experience within residential sector would be a bonus.
  • Prepare Disable Access Certificates - experience within residential sector would be a bonus.
  • Conduct technical inspections part B & M inspections in line with the BCAR requirements and building regulations.
  • Proficient in Revit / CAD
  • Understanding of the TGD B & M Irish regulations.
  • Able to conduct fire risk assessments.
  • Technical report writing.
  • Review and comment on technical submittals if required.
What Skills You Need
  • A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fire safety engineering and disability access compliance within the Irish regulatory framework.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modelling) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
