FinOps Leader: Scale Finance Operations with Automation

Caron Group is seeking an experienced Head of Finance Operations to lead and modernise our end-to-end finance operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and transaction processing across our care home network.

You will drive process optimisation, automation and AI-enabled efficiencies while ensuring robust controls, governance and reporting. The role will optimise NetSuite usage and build a scalable shared services-style model.
