Job Description
Overview

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a tier 1 residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager on their major RC frame residential scheme based in South London.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a block of 30 apartment units from 2nd fix stage through to handover.
  • Deal with subcontractors on site, manage health and safety on site, and report into the Project Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience working for residential main contractors/developers.
  • Experience delivering units to a timely and high standard.
  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates. The role currently is until May 2026.
