Finishing Manager - Yorkshire - up to £35k per annum

Our client is looking for a Finishing Manager to join their Production Team.

Candidate must be:

• Highly organised and capable of handling pressurised situations
• Motivated with a positive, proactive management style
• Confident, assertive and happy to challenge ideas and helm progression
• An enthusiastic, positive senior team member
• Ability to communicate and influence
• Ability to make timely decisions which are sound and well thought through

Responsibilities will include:

• Planning and Scheduling a busy multi shift team to achieve tight deadlines across a variety of work
• Managing the team and the processes that ensure customers' requirements are achieved

Requirements for the role:

• Experience of managing, leading and developing a large team
• Experience of planning and implementing.
• A minimum of three years perfect binding experience.
