Finishing Manager - 30-Unit Residential Project Lead

A leading residential developer in South London is seeking a Finishing Manager to oversee a block of 30 apartment units from the 2nd fix stage through to handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing health and safety, and reporting to the Project Manager. Required qualifications include a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications. This role extends until May 2026.
