Job Description
Finishing Foreman 
Location: Sligo, Ireland
Salary: Depending on experience
Key Responsibilities- Supervise finishing trades such as tiling, flooring, carpentry, fixtures installation & more
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and sequencing of finishing tasks
- Inspect work quality and ensure it meets project specifications, drawings, and standards
- Snagging and de snagging: identify defects, track them, and ensure they are corrected
- Monitor project timelines and ensure finishing stages are completed on schedule
- Ensure health & safety compliance on site
- Communicate with site managers, engineers, and clients regarding progress and issues
- Manage materials and resources for finishing works
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction processes
- Attention to detail and high quality standards
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Problem solving and decision making ability
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
