The Opportunity

McCallion Group is seeking a motivated Finishing Foreman to join our delivery team and support the successful completion of projects within our local delivery portfolio.

What You Will Deliver
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day finishing works, including drylining, joinery, doors, flooring, tiling, painting, snagging and final fit-out.
  • Ensure all finishing works meet quality standards, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to maintain programme and sequencing.
  • Coordinate material delivery for your work.
  • Maintain site records and assist with quality inspections.
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Liaise closely with the Site Manager and wider site team to keep works on track
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in finishing works.
  • Strong understanding of quality control, snagging and handover processes.
  • Ability to supervise trades and subcontractors in a fast-paced site environment.
  • A positive, proactive approach with strong communication skills.
  • A strong commitment to health, safety and high-quality workmanship.
