Finishing Engineering Lead - Launch & Ramp-Up

McLaren Automotive is seeking a Finishing Engineering Manager to lead the introduction and industrialisation of finishing technologies, materials, equipment and processes from moulded part receipt through to packaged finished parts. You will own the process flow and drive readiness from G-2 to SOP across composite finishing, assembly and packaging.
