We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic individuals to join our finishing department. This role involves preparing, sanding, and finishing high-quality timber windows and doors to the standards our customers expect.
Responsibilities- Preparing timber components for finishing (sanding, cleaning, etc.)
- Applying finishes such as paints, stains, or protective coatings
- Inspecting products for quality control
- Working as part of a team to meet production schedules
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
