Finishing / Folder Operator - West Yorkshire - £Depending On Experience

A well-established, highly reputable printing company is looking for someone to manage the operation of finishing equipment, particularly folding machines, maintaining quality, efficiency and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct job is set up on the machine.
• Monitor and maintain quality of work produced, making adjustments to keep quality and output levels high.
• Keep the machine area in a safe, tidy condition.
• Carry out stock checks on machine parts and reorder when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive finishing experience and strong knowledge of folding machine operation.
• Flexible team player capable of managing work against deadlines and adjusting priorities quickly.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and quick to learn new techniques.
• Organised and takes pride in maintaining a clean working environment.
• UK resident, with recent work experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
