PRS is working with a prestigious hotel group seeking a Sous Chef for their fine dining restaurant at a Scottish luxury estate in Perthshire. This full time, permanent role offers a salary of £44,000 per year (based on a 39 hour week) plus extensive benefits, including an estimated £5,000 in annual service charge gratuities.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Previous experience as a Sous or Junior Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant, ideally with Michelin accreditation.
- Strong team player with outstanding leadership skills.
- Ability to coach junior staff and support their career development.
- Motivated to deliver the highest standard of quality, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Positive, can do attitude.
Accommodation is provided, comprising an en suite room, private gym, and communal social room, with all bills paid (including Wi Fi) at a cost of £300 per month. The role operates 7 days a week but is highly rewarding.
