Adare Manor is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant for The Oak Room, our Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant. Join a team delivering exceptional hospitality and Michelin-level service in a historic luxury setting.

Under the direction of the Head Chef, you will contribute to personalised service, a deep knowledge of menus and wine pairings, precise service sequences, and immaculate dining room presentation. Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
