Fine-Dining Chef de Partie - Mayfair Luxury Kitchen

The Connaught in London, part of the Maybourne Hotel Group, is seeking a talented full-time Chef de Partie to join the Helene Darroze kitchen team. You will work closely with Sous and Junior Sous chefs in a fine dining environment, delivering quality dishes with the finest ingredients.

You'll train Demi and Commis chefs, maintain organisation in your section, and bring elegance, warmth and quiet confidence to a high-profile kitchen. Michelin experience desirable.
