Fine-Dining Chef de Partie - Four Rosette Standard

Langdale Chase Hotel in Windermere, recently refurbished and reopened in 2023, is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the opening team. You will support the senior kitchen, drive food standards to a four Rosette level and work across a high-quality, modern menu.

You should bring at least 2 years' Rosette kitchen experience, ideally with fine dining, Michelin or five-star hotel exposure, and a calm, professional approach to lead your own section.
