Barclays is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Design SME to provide deep Financial Crime SME expertise within the second line of defence. The role covers end-to-end TM lifecycle, shaping TM design across complex programmes and collaborating with Compliance, business, technology and change teams in London/Glasgow.

You will translate regulations into practical design solutions, enhance control effectiveness, and drive measurable risk reduction across TM controls.
