Hays are recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator to join a firm based in Wilmslow.
Your new role
Your responsibilities include:
- Supports income accuracy and financial control across the wider business
- Ensures adviser and client income is correctly reconciled, and reported
- Works closely with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Helps maintain smooth revenue processes and accurate adviser remuneration
- Contributes to strong governance and reporting standards
- Supports the integration of newly acquired businesses into established finance processes
- Experience working in a finance admin or within financial services, ideally an IFA or wealth management setting
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence analysing financial data and identifying discrepancies
- Strong Excel capability
- The ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines
- Clear communication skills to work effectively with advisers, operations, providers, and finance colleagues
