Hays are recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator to join a firm based in Wilmslow.
Your new role
Your responsibilities include:

  • Supports income accuracy and financial control across the wider business
  • Ensures adviser and client income is correctly reconciled, and reported
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Helps maintain smooth revenue processes and accurate adviser remuneration
  • Contributes to strong governance and reporting standards
  • Supports the integration of newly acquired businesses into established finance processes
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience working in a finance admin or within financial services, ideally an IFA or wealth management setting
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence analysing financial data and identifying discrepancies
  • Strong Excel capability
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines
  • Clear communication skills to work effectively with advisers, operations, providers, and finance colleagues
