Ensure alignment between commercial objectives and financial performance targets.Business Case: Build robust financial models for new product launches, market expansions, and clinical trial investments. Perform X sensitivity analysis, ROI and payback, and provide structured to support capital Management: Analyse gross margins and net profitability by region, product line, and distributor.
