We are hiring for our client, a growing financial planning business in Dublin, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Planner to join their expanding team.

This Financial Planner job offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified financial advice professional to work with an established and growing client base, with 100% qualified leads provided through dedicated marketing and business development activity.

The successful Financial Planner will focus on delivering high-quality financial advice, building long-term client relationships, and supporting clients across areas such as pensions, investments, protection, retirement planning and wider wealth management.

The Role:
  • Provide tailored financial planning advice to new and existing clients
  • Work with qualified leads generated through marketing and business development channels
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Advise clients across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning
  • Conduct client reviews and identify opportunities to add value
  • Ensure all advice is delivered in line with regulatory and compliance standards
  • Work closely with internal support, administration and wider advisory teams
The Person:
  • Experience working as a Financial Planner, Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor
  • QFA qualification essential (additional qualifications an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Commercially minded, professional and consultative in approach
  • Strong compliance awareness and attention to detail
  • Motivated by long-term client outcomes and quality advice
