Financial Due Diligence Director

A global financial consulting firm with a growing client base is now looking to recruit an experienced Financial Due Diligence Director. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a background in M&A Due Diligence looking to take on a lead role with responsibilities for both client delivery and revenue generation.

• Support buy and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to corporations and private equity investors
• Analyse target company data to identify operating trends, quality of earnings/assets, pro forma financials, working capital calculations, debt and debt like items and other potential liabilities/risks
• Responsible for working on multiple complex engagements simultaneously
• Manage and coordinate approach of client, engagement teams, and third party diligence providers throughout the transaction process

• 10+ years' experience working in Financial Due Diligence within a Big Four firm
• Accountancy or CFA qualified
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to travel
