Financial Crime TM Control Owner & Analytics Lead

Barclays is seeking a senior Financial Crime Risk Transaction Monitoring Control Owner to drive the optimisation and strategy for TM surveillance across BU K and BI. The role focuses on developing and enhancing monitoring solutions for Barclays UK and Barclays International, working with data from multiple sources in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in TM systems, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams.
