Fully office based

Key Accountabilities
  • Financial Oversight & Compliance
  • Develop and maintain a group-wide financial control framework
  • Management Accounting & Reporting
  • Payroll and pensions oversight
  • HR & IT Services Management
  • Strategic Finance & Risk
  • Lead financial forecasting, capital planning, and scenario modelling
  • People Leadership & Organisational Development
  • Provide leadership, direction and support to direct reports and broader team, fostering clarity, accountability and strong management practice.
  • Optimisation of Services & Engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement programmes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve stakeholder experience across departments.
The Person

The Candidate
We are looking for candidates who have the following:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent), with membership in good standing.
The Package

The Benefits:

  • Salary between €85,000 - €100,000 aligned to experience
  • Pension 8% Employer Contribution/ 5% employee
  • Annual leave 25 days - can be discussed
  • Bonus payment - to be discussed
  • Office based - hours 9am-5pm
