Financial Controller

We are partnering with a leading Irish food manufacturing company to recruit a Financial Controller in Cork.

Are you a commercially focused Financial Controller looking to play a key role in a successful manufacturing business?

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this position offers the opportunity to influence business strategy, drive financial performance, and partner closely with operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage cost accounting and inventory reporting.
• Develop and improve financial controls, systems, and processes.
• Oversee annual audit and statutory compliance requirements.
• Drive ERP and business intelligence system improvements
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to support business performance.
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• 5+ years' Financial Controller experience within manufacturing.
• Strong commercial and operational awareness.
• Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
