Job Description

Quorn Foods is delighted to be recruiting for a newly created Financial Controller to join our group finance function.

What you'll be responsible for:

Due to a recent internal move, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Controller to join our finance team.

Working closely with our Head of Financial Control, you will oversee group financial accounting, including areas such as cost, inventory, and PPE.

You will produce high-quality, consolidated financial data for internal and external reporting, act as a point of contact for external auditors, and draft annual reports, financial statements, and management reports.

This position will be based in our Leeds office approximately 2-3 days per week, with flexibility for remote work when needed.

What experience you'll need:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with prior practice training
  • Post-qualification industry experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG or similar
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to implement best-in-class accounting and reporting processes within a complex finance environment
  • A passion for healthy, sustainable products that benefit consumers and the planet - vegetarianism is not required to work here!

The recruitment process:

  2. Second Stage: In-person interview at our Leeds office with key finance stakeholders
