The Business Navigation team plays a critical role in supporting the C&A retail selling organization by providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance. This position partners closely with business leaders to drive informed decision-making, optimize performance, and ensure sustainable, profitable growth. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Co-pilot to the business leaders of the Selling organization with focus on online and OMNI Enable fact-based decision-making and performance management for the business leaders by generating insights, identifying opportunities and improvement areas Be a sparring partner for the Selling team and Business Navigation leadership Execute and manage the budget, planning, and forecasting processes Enhance reporting and planning processes by leveraging AI-powered tools Help to develop One C&A KPI dashboard based on Microstrategy Develop business cases,
