Financial Analyst (FP&A) - London

We are seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support profitable growth in the European region through financial and commercial insight.

Role Overview:
You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to analyze performance, explain key drivers, and make actionable recommendations. This role covers business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, target setting, analytics, and building complex financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and explain financial KPIs (TPV, revenue, margin, etc.) across products, segments, and regions.

  • Provide senior leadership with timely, accurate insights to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with global and regional FP&A teams to ensure consistency of data and messaging.

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.

  • Support ad-hoc projects and drive best practices across FP&A.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong FP&A, Finance Analyst, or Financial Controller experience in a fast-paced, complex environment (ideally Tech, eCommerce, Payments, or Financial Services).

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (MBA/CFA/CPA a plus).

  • Proven ability to communicate insights effectively with senior stakeholders.

  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge preferred.

  • Familiarity with Essbase, Thinkcell, Python, or CRM tools a plus.

  • Fluent in English.
