Financial Accountant

Job Responsibilities

1 Make up the internal financial account regulation under headquarter guide and carry out after approved

2. Account for the company revenue, expenditure, cost. Record and supervise all aspect of company operating activities, receivables and accredited payables and complete the month end and year-end financial report

3. Handle with the internal and external tax & audit department checking and supervise, prepare and provide related documents timely and truly. Maintain good relationship with tax& audit department.

4. Hand with cash received, make account voucher, registration, bank statement, etc.

5. Issue and keep invoice

6. join in making yearly budget and monthly capital plan and analysis the deviation from the actual situation

7. Review the staff bill of expense

8. Be responsible for contact with bank, audit, tax government department. Company financing scenario design and negotiation, confirm reasonable and practical financing scenario, and execution.

9. Be able to handle the external reporting to the Chinese HQ on time with good quality

10.Other issues assigned by manager

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in account/finance is required.

2. At least 5 years' experience in financial/accounting field,

3. Knowledge Dutch tax law & regulation

4. Familiar with account software and able to work effectively independently

5. Excellent in excel, PowerPoint, word

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese or English with ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of key stakeholders

7. Having the Accounting qualifications (CPA, CA or etc.) (not mandatory requirement)

8. Familiarize with the Tally or similar system

9.Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, with a good command of Dutch.
