Finance Transformation Programme Lead (Flexible Work)

M&G is seeking a senior leader to head large-scale Finance Operations transformation programmes. You will drive end-to-end delivery, define the target operating model and secure benefits realisation across Finance, Operations, Technology and Risk.

Reporting to the Change and Transformation Director, you will govern multiple workstreams, manage sponsors, and align initiatives with regulatory requirements while building a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
