Finance Transformation Lead & Strategy Partner

Baringa is seeking a Transformation & Business Manager in the Finance function to partner with the CFO and Leadership Team to drive finance transformation and strategic initiatives. The role requires strategic thinking, programme delivery, and strong stakeholder collaboration across senior finance and business teams.

You will shape operating models, lead initiatives, and monitor KPI performance while leveraging ERP capabilities such as Dynamics 365. A finance qualification is advantageous.
