Role description:

In this role, you will provide assistance in a range of projects focused on operating model definition and transformation, company integrations, as well as the evolution of planning, budgeting, and forecasting models.

This role will also involve optimizing business processes, working capital, and billing operating models. You will have the opportunity to collaborate in a dynamic, cross-industry environment, engaging with a variety of sectors to drive impactful change and enhance operational efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

• Support our clients in the transformation of their Finance department and the optimization of their activities and processes / operating model
• Develop the case-for-change, including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformation
• Develop and implement financial operating models, leveraging technology solutions (e.g., ERP, RPA, AI-driven analytics)
• Evaluate relevance of new technologies (e.g. around AI) and their impact on finance departments
• Optimize E2E processes (P2P, R2R, O2C ), leveraging best practices in process modelling/optimization/automation/mining
• Optimize Controlling & Steering - Conception of management reporting based on current analytics solutions, design of global controlling/forecasting concepts for our clients
• Guide clients through finance modernization, including system implementations, data governance, and financial reporting enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or PMP (preferred but not mandatory)
• 2-5 years of experience in finance transformation, financial consulting, or related fields
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP standards, and financial controls
• Experience working with finance transformation frameworks (e.g., Lean Finance, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies) (preferred but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluency in English (preferably C1 level)
