Finance Transformation & Test Lead

Aviva plc is seeking an experienced Finance Change & Test Manager to support large-scale transformation programmes across business and technology domains in the UK. You will coordinate testing, business readiness and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong governance, reporting to programme leadership and the ability to manage risks and dependencies while working across business, operations and IT teams.
