Finance Tech Change & Adoption Lead

BT Group is seeking a Change & Adoption Manager to lead the Change, Adoption and Communications team for Finance Technology & Portfolio Delivery. You will align delivery, engagement, communications and learning into a single, measurable adoption approach across strategic programmes.

You will manage a team of 4-6 professionals, partnering with Tribe Leads, project teams and People teams to enable a high-performing digital culture.
