Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance transformation professional to play a pivotal role in a major Finance System Replacement project, leading on system capabilities and business processes to meet organisational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Finance System Implementation - Ensure the new Oracle Fusion Financials system meets business requirements and supports transformation objectives.
- Chart of Accounts Design & Implementation - Lead the development and rollout of a new Chart of Accounts, ensuring alignment with reporting and management information needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Project Leadership - Collaborate with workstream leads and technical teams to maintain focus, enthusiasm, and momentum.
- Change Management - Support, promote, and implement transformation initiatives, driving adoption of new processes and overcoming resistance to change.
- Collaboration & Oversight - Engage effectively with consultants and business partners while ensuring project integrity.
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, with a deep understanding of system capabilities, configuration, and best practices.
- Expertise in Chart of Accounts design and implementation within a financial systems transformation project.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives in a complex organisation.
- Experience working closely with both technical teams and finance professionals to ensure system capabilities align with business needs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across different levels of an organisation.
- Understanding of financial reporting, management information, and compliance requirements.
