Finance Systems Manager

You must be flexible around working hours as you will be required to support international project teams during key implementation phases.

We're looking for an experienced Finance Systems Implementation Manager to lead multiple ERP and finance systems projects across an international organisation. You'll manage implementations end to end, from requirements and solution design through to data migration, testing, training, go live and post launch support.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead multiple concurrent finance systems implementations
• Provide expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Manage project plans, risks, resources and stakeholders
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover and go live
• Work with Finance, IT and external implementation partners
• Drive process standardisation, governance and user adoption

About you:

• Proven 5+ years experience with Dynamics Business Central
• Proven 5+ years experience with other ERP implementation experience
• Strong understanding of finance processes and controls
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder, communication and problem solving skills
• Data migration/SQL experience desirable
• International or multi entity experience advantageous
