Team/Role Overview The individual will work in the Liquidity Management (LM) team within Citi's Treasury Global Function. The team is responsible for establishing the framework for sizing liquidity requirements, including the internal stress testing framework and interpreting regulation in conjunction with other stakeholders within and outside Citi's Treasury function, providing liquidity oversight to Citi's global entities, and ensuring that Citi maintains adequate liquidity appropriately positioned to meet the company's global needs both in normal market conditions as well as during periods of stress. What you'll do Contributes to the development to Citi's Contingency Funding Plan (CFP). Updates Citi's CFP EWI models and addresses any related Model Risk Management (MRM) limitations. Ensures proper senior communication, coordination, and escalation during times of a liquidity crisis. Forecasts the impact of CFP actions on LCR/NSFR and internal stress tests for Citigroup and CBNA Consolidated. Assists the team lead on the CFP Tabletop exercise. Reviews and updates the Funding and Liquidity Plan (FLP) Model and engages with MRM to address any model limitations. Leads efforts to optimize trapped liquidity across international legal entities. Coordinates and consolidates global FX limit requests for internal stress tests. Coordinates and reviews US LCR HQLA test submissions. Coordinates horizontal liquidity reviews of legal entities. Ensures timely submissions and approvals of all liquidity deliverables and updates the Liquidity Tracker accordingly. Updates procedure governance documents as needed. Assists in preparing materials for various committees. Contributes to the development of comprehensive controls. Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline work; creates process improvements that enhances efficiency for self and the team. Performs other duties and functions as assigned. What we'll need from you Experience in Finance, Treasury, Risk (especially Model Risk), Statistics or Audit functions is required. The candidate should have a solid working knowledge of liquidity concepts and metrics such as US LCR, US Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) and internal stress testing. The candidate must have strong analytical skills (including advanced Maths/Excel skills) and be a team player who can collaborate across different levels and functions in the organisation The individual needs to be an innovative self-starter, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate with various groups. Experience managing large datasets and extrapolating insights for various risk metrics. Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and guidance, particularly for liquidity risk. Advanced quantitative skills. Experience with SharePoint, Tableau, SQL, Python or Bloomberg is a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills; comfortable making presentations and ability to articulate complex problems and solutions. Strong analytical skills and ability to review and comprehend large sets of data. Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing complex cross-functional programs/projects and achieving milestones and deadlines. Strong audit instincts and ability to apply independent judgment to business practices. Ability to independently manage work and drive multiple deliverables concurrently.
