Finance Practice Manager

Up to £55k DOE Onsite Exeter

A highly reputable and growing organisation based in Exeter is looking to strengthen its leadership team with the addition of an experienced Finance Practice Manager. The Role

This is a senior, on-site opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Practice Manager to join the executive team and lead a small finance team. The successful candidate will take ownership of the firm's financial operations, compliance, and reporting, while playing a key role in shaping strategic growth and business efficiencies.

As Finance Practice Manager, you will be:

• Producing timely management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and financial analysis to support decision-making
• Lead, develop, and manage the finance team while overseeing payroll and bookkeeping processes
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Identify and implement operational improvements and IT systems enhancements to drive growth and efficiency

As Finance Practice Manager, you will need:

• Proven experience in financial management within a legal, accountancy or professional services environment
• ACCA, CIMA or ILFM qualified (or equivalent), with strong understanding of compliance and financial frameworks
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and project management skills; able to influence at senior level
• Confident working with case management systems and general office software; coding knowledge is a bonus

Package:

• Up to £55,000 per annum DOE
• 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, birthday leave, and discretionary Christmas leave
