Finance Operations Service Lead

Beazley is seeking a Finance Operations Service Owner to lead end-to-end design and performance of accounting processes within an outsourced model. You will own process maps, SOPs and drive standardisation across geographies, ensuring high service quality and regulatory alignment.

In this role you will collaborate with Underwriting, Claims and Finance teams, manage escalations and provide SME support for complex scenarios while upholding Beazley's values and governance standards.
