Description

• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations and processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline financial systems.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Profile

A successful Finance Operations Manager should have:

• MUST HAVE Housing experience
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in financial operations within the not-for-profit sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in financial systems and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £50,500 to £55,500 per annum (pro ratad)
