Finance Operations Lead (AP/AR) - Automation & Process Improvement

Improbable Worlds Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to provide maternity cover within our Finance team. You will oversee core finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payment runs, bank reconciliations, and month-end activities, while embedding ZIP across workflows.

The role partners with stakeholders across Finance, People, Legal and Operations, bringing structure, curiosity and continuous improvement.
