The Finance Manager, Platform Strategy will be based at corporate offices in Titusville, NJ; Belgium; Switzerland; Leiden; or Ireland and should be able to work across multiple global time zones.

Position Overview

Provide financial leadership to the Internal Biotherapeutics Platform, reporting to the Internal Biotherapeutics Finance Director. The role collaborates extensively with the Platform Leadership Team to support prioritization of strategic programs and focuses on capital prioritization, LRFP, and evaluating business cases for investment. This includes strong collaborations with operations, network, planning, and other supply chain stakeholders, and supporting the wind down of the Manati operations (Project Delta).

Key Responsibilities

• Independently provide financial leadership to shape the Long-Range Financial Plan (LRFP), focusing on capital prioritization, forward volume changes, and presenting actionable recommendations to the platform leadership team.
• Provide financial leadership to multiple strategic projects across the platform with collaboration across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Provide business case valuation for key platform projects, focusing on value drivers and recommending to senior management.
• Represent finance at the Functional Review Committee, reviewing investment requests and business needs for senior management reviews.
• Provide financial leadership for the site decommissioning and exit of the Biotherapeutic's Manati operations, including supporting a local statutory audit with PWC during the wind down.
• Co lead capital discussions and manage targets during key cycles: FBP, JU, NU, etc.
• Provide ad hoc support projects.

Qualifications

• 3 5 years of progressive finance experience.
• Demonstrated results in building partnerships and collaborating at all levels and multiple functions/affiliates with and without authority.
• Ability to work through ambiguity in complex business cases.
• Agility and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €70,100.00 - €121,210.00
