Finance Manager: Lead Accounting, Audit & Compliance

JAM Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Finance Manager in Kidlington to lead the Accounting team, drive end-to-end finance operations, and ensure timely, accurate reporting. You will oversee monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit readiness, while ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS.

You will manage a four-person team, coordinate tax packs, VAT, and reporting deadlines, and support treasury and management reporting in a technically focused finance function.
